With over 25 years of experience and a lifelong passion for the art of hair, Maria Richards is the driving force behind Hair Obsessions. As a Redken Certified Colorist and Stylist, Maria has dedicated her career to mastering the perfect balance between classic technique and modern trends.

For Maria, owning a salon in Port Richey isn't just about business—it's about community. Since taking the helm, she has focused on creating an environment where every client feels heard, valued, and inspired. She specializes in precision cutting and custom color chemistry, ensuring that every transformation is tailored to the individual's lifestyle and natural beauty.

"My favorite part of the day is that moment when a client sees their new look in the mirror for the first time," says Maria. "That spark of confidence is why I do what I do."

When she isn't behind the chair or mentoring her talented team, Maria is constantly continuing her education to bring the latest global hair innovations home to Pasco County.

My name is Diane Cox and I’m a New Jersey native who has called Florida home for the past 22 years. With over 20 years of experience in cosmetology, I’ve worked for Hair Obsessions for more than 12.

I specialize in blonding, foiling, color correction, specialty cuts, and blow outs. My passion is hair, and I love to see a smile when my client leaves the chair with the look they want and deserve.

When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy spending time with my husband (when he’s off work), traveling the world, loving on my dog, trying new restaurants, and watching the NFL.

I am Julie, a hairstylist with 18 years of experience, originally from New Jersey. My career has taken me across states, including Arizona, Hawaii, and North Carolina, where I have honed my skills. I specialize in precision cuts, edgier styles, and sophisticated looks, ensuring each client leaves with a unique and personalized hairstyle. Additionally, I excel in gray coverage and creating dimensional colors that enhance natural beauty. My passion for hair allows me to stay current with trends while delivering exceptional results.
